Notes on the Computation of the Incremental Gain of LinearSystems
نویسنده
چکیده
Conditions for the non-existence of the incrementaìp gain of single input discrete time linear systems with saturation is presented, as well as algebraic tests for bounding the induced`2 and L2 gains. These algebraic tests are found to be the same as those which would arise if one were to conservatively use a quadratic dissipation function to bound the induced 2-norm.

In this paper, a new broadcast encryption scheme is presented based on threshold secret sharing and secure multiparty computation. This scheme is maintained to be dynamic in that a broadcaster can broadcast a message to any of the dynamic groups of users in the system and it is also fair in the sense that no cheater is able to gain an unfair advantage over other users. Another important feature...
متن کاملFinite element simulation of two-point incremental forming of free-form parts
Two-point incremental forming method is considered a modern technique for manufacturing shell parts. The presence of bottom punch during the process makes this technique far more complex than its conventional counterpart i.e. single-point incremental forming method. Thus, the numerical simulation of this method is an essential task, which leads to the reduction of trial/error costs, predicts th...
متن کاملElastic/plastic Buckling Analysis of Skew Thin Plates based on Incremental and Deformation Theories of Plasticity using Generalized Differential Quadrature Method
Abstract In this study, generalized differential quadrature analysis of elastic/plastic buckling of skew thin plates is presented. The governing equations are derived for the first time based on the incremental and deformation theories of plasticity and classical plate theory (CPT). The elastic/plastic behavior of plates is described by the Ramberg-Osgood model. The ranges of plate geometries...

In this paper a new approach to formulation of active control of structures based on energy concepts and use of Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) has been proposed. The suggested method eliminates the trial and error procedure in finding appropriate gain matrices in active control of structures. In this method the gain matrix is obtained by considering the energy of the structure and it remains ...
